Boundary Line Adjustments are to allow for adjustments to boundary lines of existing lots where no new lot is created. Since every municipality has different requirements for Boundary Line Adjustments, it is recommended to discuss with our staff any proposed Boundary Line Adjustment prior to commencement. There is no charge for initial consultation.
